Review for the day - JBL Pulse 3

JBL UNVEILS THE PULSE 3 SPEAKER— CONNECTS UP TO 100 SPEAKERS AT A TIME

A problem I ran into with the UE Booms was that you could only ever connect two speakers at a time. This doesn’t allow you to have a true party experience. But what if you could theoretically connect up to 100 speakers at a time and play the same song through all of them? Even better, what if it lit up? That’s exactly what the Pulse 3 is.

JBL unveiled their new line of speakers at CES 2017 and each of them looks fantastic. The focus with the Pulse 3s was that if you play music, you want it to look pretty. Well, the Pulse 3s do, in fact, look pretty. You can fully customize the light show experience through the JBL Connect+ app. The light show does light up to the beat of the song, adding a nicer and more natural light show experience. Personally, I think the LED’s in the Pulse 3’s look really cool.

Nokia releases an Android smartphone...

The once-iconic brand is taking a bold step to regaining fame with a new android smartphone for China only

Remember Nokia? It's back! Again. Well, sort of.

HMD, the company which last year bought the rights to sell Nokia phones, announced on Sunday the Nokia 6. It's a stylish, inexpensive Android smartphone -- but it's exclusive to China.

The 5.5-inch phone comes with a 1,920x1080-pixel resolution, a Snapdragon 430 processor, a 16MP camera on the back, an 8MP shooter on the front and 4GB of RAM. That's all housed in an aluminum body, rare for non-premium phones and especially impressive considering the Nokia 6 will sell for 1,700 yuan, which converts to $245, £200 and AU$330.

Yahoo will adopt a new corporate identity and slash the size of its board if the proposed $4.8 billion sale of its digital services to Verizon Communications goes through. The company plans to change its name to Altaba Inc after it turns over its email, websites, mobile apps and advertising tools to Verizon. The new name is meant to reflect Yahoo’s transformation into a holding company for investments in China’s e-commerce leader, Alibaba Group, and Yahoo Japan that are worth about more than $40 billion combined.

Apple iPhone Turns 10 Today

SAN FRANCISCO — Steve Jobs proudly offered one of the first iPhones backstage, beaming as he asked for feedback on Apple's groundbreaking smartphone.

It was a decade ago today, at the Moscone Centerhere, and Apple's iconic co-founder had a hunch it was about to change computing as we know it. In a sit-down interview with USA TODAY, Jobs made a convincing case, demonstrating how iPhone users could make calls while viewing content on the Web and exchanging e-mail — all at the same time.

"This is a revolutionary product that has the chance to really impact people's lives," Jobs told me, comparing the iPhone to the original Macintosh and iPod. "This is the ultimate digital device."

Pokémon Go Cheats Can Get You Banned for Life

If you cheat on Pokemon Go, Its never too late

Image result for pokemon go
Pokémon GO is Niantic's latest game and uses similar features as Ingress, but with a Pokémon theme. Players have to walk around to catch Pokémon and fight at Gyms. However, since one can only walk for so long players soon started to look for easier ways, but apparently it is all coming to an end now.

Players across the world started using GPS hacks and bots to get ahead in the game. These hacks allowed players to travel to any place/destination they wanted to go to, without having to leave their houses. This resulted in many to get to levels where one can only dream of reaching.

Samsung Facing Downtime, as Galaxy Note7 is thrown out; This is serious!

Samsung Down, Galaxy Note7 Out

Shares of Samsung Electronics fell sharply on Tuesday after the company confirmed reports that it had halted production of its flagship Galaxy Note7 smartphone, just launched this summer.

The move came after several replacement phones reportedly smoldered or caught fire.

Shares fell 8 percent in the Korean market.

Samsung had been working with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission on a voluntary recall and replacement program, spurred by reports that dozens of the new devices had burst into flames due to faulty lithium-ion batteries.

FIFA 17 AND PES 17 FINALLY OUT BUT WHICH WILL BE BETTER ?

Image result for FIFA 17 VS PES 17

FIFA 17 and PES 2017 are rivals like Liverpool FC and Manchester United but who will win this year?

Konami recently released Pro Evolution Soccer 2017 to fairly strong reviews and it’s also the first soccer title this year. It has released prior to EA Sports FIFA 17 — and honestly speaking its quite difficult being a soccer fan to choose between the two. You would want to buy both but which will be more fun?

From what we know so far, with PES 2017 there's more focus on gameplay than presentation. We do know the latter is where FIFA has always excelled but when it comes to the action on the pitch PES 2017 is a clear winner. That said, the FIFA has really improved gameplay wise over the years and with its rather complete package it edges the PES series.

Google Introduces Device; Google Pixel

wired_meet-google-s-answer-to-the-iphone-the-pixel-10.jpg

Google announced its pair of Pixel smartphones on Tuesday, the devices had already been leaked all to pieces. Shape, size, specs; even color variants were laid bare by clumsy carriers. In fact, just about the only thing left unknown about the Pixels is what they’ll do to the already splintered Android ecosystem.

Google had previously released smartphones, made by a revolving set of hardware partners, under its Nexus line. But Nexus devices, despite consistent excellence, never amounted to more than a sideshow. Pixel wants to be the main event. And that should make other Android manufacturers very, very nervous.
